Many doctors subscribe to the belief that nutrition has no impact on health, but most people see that this is clearly false. Nutrition affects all aspects of health, particularly that of the heart. Here are some of the relationships between proper nutrition and heart health.

Nutrients, like coenzyme Q10, B vitamins, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and sodium are used to provide energy to the heart.
